X’inhi l-Ansjetà?

Kulħadd jesperjenza l-ansjetà f’xi punt jew ieħor f’ħajtu.

Għalkemm l-ansjetà tista tkun skomda f’ xi mumenti, din tista tgħin biex nevitaw sitwazzjonijiet li jistgħu ikunu ta’ periklu. Din tgħin ukoll biex insolvu problemi ta’ kuljum.

L-ansjetà tista’ tvarja minn ħsibijiet ta’ inkwiet għal stat ta’ paniku. Meta l-ansjetà tippersisti tista’ ġġiegħlek tħossok għajjien u mingħajr saħħa, tibda tara l-affarijiet agħar milli huma u tista żżommok milli tikkontrolla l-biżgħat tiegħek. Jeżistu tipi differenti ta’ kundizzjonijiet tal-ansjetà. Liem dijanjosi tingħata jiddependi mit-tip ta’ sitwazzjonijiet li qed jikkawżaw l-ansjuża u l-ħsibijiet li tesperjenza l-persuna li jżidu l-livell t’ansjetà.

L-ansjetà tista’ tkun esperjenza tal-biża għal ħafna nies, pero m’hiex perikoluża u la darba persuna titgħallem kif tista’ tagħrafha u tikkontrollha jista’ jkollha ħajja sodisfaċenti. Hemm ħafna modi kif tikkontrolla l-ansjetà u aktar kemm persuna bi problema tal-ansjetà tfittex l-għajnuna kmieni, aktar hemm ċans li tirkupra malajr.

Jekk tistaqsli lil persuni differenti li għandhom l-ansjetà kif iħossuhom, kullħadd ser jagħti tweġiba differenti.
